WHY REDGIRL?

We believe in building relationships with our clients. They become our greatest accomplishments. Therefore, we are very selective with who we offer our services to.  We will only work with a small number of clients at a time in order to give them all of the attention, time and commitment training requires. Our unique hands on, no nonsense approach is what prepares our clients to deliver the best message possible, and look good doing it!

We will work with you at your home, in our office or any location that works best for your busy schedule. We can bring our crew and services to you.

Bill Cunningham, TV and Radio Host

"I had the pleasure of working with Kim Brechka for five years as she undertook the challenging position of Executive Producer (EP) for the Bill Cunningham Television Show.

In addition, Kim was working with a host, me, who had limited television experience, no experience hosting a TV show, and new to the inner workings of putting a TV show together.  But, with Kim's nearly 20 years of experience in the business, I was able to fully rely upon her skill and expertise to direct and mold me in my role as host of the Bill Cunningham Show.  She did this while simultaneously carrying out all of her other duties as EP.

The challenges for Kim at times were daunting, with a multitude of daily issues to assess, provide guidance and direction to staff, and to pivot on a moment's notice when some unexpected occurrence interrupted the production schedule.  While these challenges tested every aspect of her leadership and career experience, Kim never faltered, and spearheaded the creation of a top-ranked television show in America's top markets.

I was proud to work at Kim's side for those five wonderful seasons.  I can recommend Kim, without reservation, for any position or endeavor she wishes to pursue.  It was my honor and personal privilege to have worked with her as my Executive Producer on the Bill Cunningham Show."

Kim Brechka is an Emmy Nominated Show Runner and Producer. She has produced thousands of hours of television both in studio and in the field.  Kim started her career at the first Ricki Lake Show in the 90’s and then went on to run The Montel Williams Show for CBS, where she spent 13 years.  She most recently launched and successfully Executive Produced The Bill Cunningham Show, a Tribune and ITV Studios production which was nationally syndicated on the CW for 5 seasons  until the show concluded. Much more than a talk show girl, Kim has worked on the development side as well as commercial and several Television pilots.

During her 20 plus years as a producer Kim has worked with thousands of guests including experts, celebrities, musicians, politicians, beauty experts, entrepreneurs, chefs, models, pro-athletes,  etc.  She has briefed and trained television hosts as well as experts, and first time tv guests. Her passion is television, and preparing people for their time in front of the camera is what she does best.

HOW IS REDGIRL DIFFERENT?

Media Training is what we specialize in…it’s what we are good at!

We’re not one of those firms that offers dozens of other services. Training people to be fabulous for all of their media appearances is our passion and our primary goal in working with you.  Being behind the scenes as bookers and producers for more than two decades has taught us how to  identify  what makes someone ready and able to kick ass on TV, radio, digital platforms and any public speaking platform as well.

Lets face it, the media can be intimidating.  Whether it’s a one on one interview, a cooking segment,  a fashion segment, an expert opinion, or a hosting gig…the good news is,  we’ve done it all!  We can teach you how to be the best YOU.  Once you get booked for a media appearance, you want to impress the best you can so people notice you and want to invite you back.   The more gigs you land will only lead to more exposure for you and your brand, and the better your chances are for continued success.
